Here we go, my thoughts and observations on the episodes I watched. I didn't make any in-depth analysis or anything. I just jotted down thoughts as they came into my head



Touched – Dawn pisses me off! I can’t believe she chucked Buffy out of her own house.
I love Spike and Andrew I wish they’d has more screen time in this episode
Leader!Faith is pretty cool.
Dawn can speak Turkish??!! WTF? That’s another thing that bugged me about this series. Dawn suddenly learns a whole bunch of ancient languages apparently overnight.
“He’s a breath of fresh air, isn’t he. Thank God I don’t breath.” Hee! I love Spike
I love Spike following Buffy by her scent. It’s like a piece of fanfic.
I love seeing The Mayor. He was one of my favourite Big Bads
Spike’s speech about Buffy being the one makes me cry every time
The Mayor tells Faith that deep down she wanted Buffy to love her? B/F slash anyone?
I love Faith/Wood. Am I the only one?
I HATE Willow/Kennedy!
Aww, look at Buffy and Spike staring so intensely at each other
Hoorah for Xander/Anya impulse sex!
Did anyone else notice Buffy turning into Neo when she’s fighting Caleb? There was bullet time and everything
Buffy is totally King Arthur. She pulls the scythe from the stone with heavenly music and everything

Fool for Love – Hehe! I love Riley trying to be all stealthy with his silly hand gestures. Very amusing
Why are the Scoobies so crap in this episode? Is it because they have no respect for Riley?
William! Aww, he’s so cute but my god that’s a terrible wig
Who dug up these ‘English’ accents? Some of them are terrible!
Dru is particularly cool in this episode.
Angelus’s accent is even worse than the ‘English’ ones.
Check out the Angelus/William slash. Angelus even starts copping a feel before they start fighting. Well, ok he just straightens William’s coat but it looks like foreplay to me!
Poor Riley is trying so hard to be a bad-ass but blowing up a vamp nest with a grenade just isn’t cool
Grar! I hate the bit where Buffy treats Spike like a whore and chucks the money at him.
I hate seeing Spike cry even more. It’s really sad and touching in The Gift. It’s just pathetic here.
Hee! I love the Chaos Demon.
Love the synchronised sighing by Buffy and Spike in the last scene.

Lie to Me – Aww, I miss the happy days when Jenny was still alive
Hehe. I love cute, innocent Willow. “Oh, that what that song’s about?”
Is anyone else scared that Ford looks and dresses like Riley?
Willow has cute pink fuzzy slippers.
When Ford is in the underground club is he quoting the Buffy movie?
I love that Willow is all nervous having boys in her room
Angel is SO young!
Willow is so cute when she’s all jumpy because she has to lie to Buffy
And I think we just had Xaner’s first reference to Angel as ‘dead boy’. Oh, how many times did that get used in fics
The guy dressed the same as Angel in the club cracks me up every time.
Poor crazy Dru trying to get her dead bird to sing
Spike is a bad, rude man. WHEE!

Something Blue – Poor Willow sniffing Oz’s shirt L
Ha! Riley is a lesbian. I knew it!
Bleugh. Riley and his stupid practise conversations.
Buffy is kind of insensitive, telling Willow how great Riley is when she’s still missing Oz
I so want Spike chained up in my bathtub
As usual Spike is the perceptive one and can see how much pain Willow is in
Spike/Giles slash! Who wants to see Spike licking Giles or the two of them sharing a shower?
What is it with Riley and his obsession with cars? Is he compensating for something?
Hmm…how come it’s ok for Buffy to get drunk but Willow can’t have one beer?
Have you noticed that when Buffy is in pain everyone wants to help but when it’s Willow all the Scoobies do it complain.
Spike and Buffy are SO cute in this episode
I love how touched Giles is that Buffy wants him to give her away
Spike tells Giles that he’s almost his father-in-law. Shades of Tabula Rasa?
I love it when Buffy tells Riley she’s marrying Spike. I want it to happen over and over and over.
Riley tells Buffy he’s going to go far away and be away. Hoorah! Don’t come back!
I love the way Spike quirks his eyebrow at the little plastic bride and groom.
Aww, Spike wants to protect Buffy. How cute

The Zeppo – It’s kind of weird seeing Faith in Season 3 and her not being evil.
Hehe. Willow wants to toast marshmallows over the burning demon corpses.
Why is Cordelia dressed like a teacher in this episode?
I love Oz and his non-commital sentences.
Hehe! Xander’s car is a penis metaphor. See above comments about Riley.
Hmm…somehow I can’t imagine Buffy and her tiny waist being able to eat 3 jelly doughnuts.
Poor Willy all beat up. Whatever happened to him? A plot device they no longer needed?
You can see why every man on the planet wants to be Xander. He loses his virginity to Faith.

Innocence – Angelus is SO damn cool. I love the bit where he kills the hooker and exhales her smoke
Are only bad guys allowed to smoke? Angel turns evil and suddenly he starts lighting up
Ah, the Spike/Angel kiss. SO gay!
And Angel is evil and out come the leather trousers
The scene with Buffy crying on the bed is heartbreaking :(
Willow and Oz are so cute and they’re not even going out yet
WOO HOO! Rocket launchers kick ass!
Does anyone apart from Buffy and Tara have a birthday?

Becoming Pt 2 – I love the fact that Buffy’s disguise consists of wearing a black hat.
Coma!Willow looks like she’s about to start laughing. Hehe.
Spike would never support Manchester United. They’re too commercial.
Hehe. The bit where Spike wants to eat the cop and Buffy coughs at him. Too funny
This is one of the few moments where Cordy is being all thoughtful and sensitive to Xander. Soon changes once Willow is awake.
I can’t believe Joyce bought the whole band thing
Willow’s resolve face is too cute!
Hehe. I want to see Angelus in a tutu
It’s so hearbreaking when Giles sees Jenny :(
Spike watching Angelus’s back is like old times. Slash anyone?
GRAR! Why doesn’t Xander tell Buffy about Willow doing the curse!
When Buffy sends Angel to hell is makes me cry EVERY time. The first time I saw it I cried for about 3 hours straight

Once More With Feeling – The dancing demons in the cemetery are SO funny
I love Xander’s impression of Tom Cruise in Magnolia. “Respect the cruller. And tame the donut!”
Oh dear. EVERY time If We're Together comes on I HAVE to sing along. I can’t help it!
Hee! “Well, I'm a hair's breadth from investigating bunnies at the moment, so I'm open to anything.” Never noticed that line before.
Willow and Tara are SO cute!
“I was able to examine the body while the police were taking witness arias.” Hehe! Never noticed that before either
I love the look on Spike’s face when he starts singing. So funny
The Dawn whining begins. In song!
I really don’t like the Dawn ballet sequence. Don’t know why
Sweet is SO cool!
Has Buffy been getting fashion tips from Spike? She’s wearing a long black leather coar, a red shirt and black jeans.
Xander is wearing possibly his worst shirt ever

Fear Itself – I love that the opening shot is a reference to the the film Halloween
Interesting that Willow’s use of magic is already an issue here, 2 Seasons before she goes evil.
I love Sombrero Giles! I want an action figure of him
I also want his Frankenstein toy. The look on Buffy’s face when he activates it is HILARIOUS
Hehe. Xander asks Oz if he senses a disturbance in the Force.
Is it traditional to destroy your campus at Halloween? We never did it while I was at uni
Hehe! Oz is God!
The skeleton with the knife is SCARY!

Intervention – Giles is so cute shaking his gourd
The Buffybot is SO funny! Darn your sinister attraction.
Dawn stole Anya’s earrings. I hope she’s not going to wear them because that’s not hygienic.
Buffybot has such a cute smile. Nice to see Sarah looking something other than miserable.
Imagine if the Buffybot HAD drawn sketches of her and Spike for Willow. Hehe.
“I fight with weapons.” Great line!
James is looking like he’s caught the sun a bit. Glory is way paler than Spike.
Xander SO loves Spike. “Compact yet well muscled.”
“Good plan, Spike.” My whole family STILL uses this line to agree with an idea someone has had.

Lover’s Walk – Oz’s sarcastic voice is funny
Aww, poor drunk and alone Spike. I just want to give him a big cuddle
I love how excited Willow gets about her Pez witch
Why was Buffy ever with Angel? He reads books in French!
I was going to write a fic where Spike actually curses Angel with leaprosy and his parts fall off. Hehe. Never got around to it
I love The Mayor musing about whether a loose canon would rock the boat
Apparently at one point they were considering a Willow/Spike relationship. It would have been interesting to see how it worked out.
I love the Buffy/Angel/Spike vs Vamps fight. Very cool.
Oh, how Joss worships pain. Everyone is miserable at the end of this episode apart from Spike.

The Initiative – “There's definitely something off about her.” “Maybe she's canadian.” Hehe! No offence to my Canadian friends but that line made me laugh.
How come everone on this show is a good artist?
Hehe. Xander seems so pleased that Buffy is going to wear something slutty.
The one and only moment I like Riley is when he punches Parker.
How come Spike can attack those two doctors without his chip going off?
I can’t believe Riley used the word ‘courted’ in reference to Buffy
Willow and Riley would have made a much cuter couple than Buffy and Riley
I love the Xander/Harmony bitch fight. So funny!
I don’t like the scene where Spike attacks Willow. Reminds me too much of Seeing Red.
The cute scene afterwards makes it a bit better though. “It’s me, isn’t it?”

Pangs – Why is Buffy wearing a cowboy hat at the start of this episode?
Aww, poor alone and cold Spike with nothing but his tatty blanket
Daddy vamp teaching younger vamps how to feed. How cute!
Why does the ancient Chumash Indian speak perfect English?
I love Buffy’s obsession with having the perfect dinner – toally something I would do.
Can someone tell me what a yam is? Is it some American thing I’ve never hear of
The cavalry arrives on bikes! Hehe!
Spike looking all happy that there’s a fight going on
“You made a bear.” Hehehehehe

Tabula Rasa – I love the fact that that the loan shark calls Spike ‘Mr Spike’ It cracks me up every time.
Hehe! He’s really a shark. God, I love this episode
I’d have liked to have seen Buffy working for the loan shark when she needed money
I wish Giles had used the word balderdash more often. It’s a good word!
Hehe. Giles looks so pleased that he’s engaged to Anya
I love that Giles calls Spike a twerp
Aww, Buffy’s first kill is protecting Spike.
Ah, the notion of Spike with a soul seemed so funny here. Strange how things work out.
I love Giles and Anya! They’re my favourite non-conventional pairing.
The skeleton fighting Giles is very cool!
Anya calls Giles Rupie. How cute!
Dawn is so mean to poor Tara! She’s just broken up with her long-term girlfriend and Dawn just gives her a hard time
