The girl who changed my icons was most apologetic and took down the icons she had customised straight away. She didn't really understand why I didn't want people customising my work so I gave her a quick explanation and offered to customise them for her if she wanted. I think it's all ok now :)

Ah, that's great. :)
Now I'm curious how you explained that to her. I wouldn't know how to say it and be diplomatic at the same time, so I need all the help I can get.
