2008 Fic Commentary Challenge

I'll be doing at least one commentary and I've also put my fics up if anyone wants to have at them

Management, in their infinite wisdom, have decided not to replace Dave and will not be replacing James when he leaves in September.

So we will be running on 50% capacity on a permanent basis from the middle of September. Given how stressed I've been these last few weeks I feel a nervous breakdown coming on already. This was not my bosses idea, and he is not happy. He's told us to work at our own pace and not work any overtime unless we want the money. So no more weekends or late night. If the stats at the end of the month look bad it will be a reflection on management for not hiring a replacement
