They've fiddled around with the bonus system this year so I'm now getting £400 less than I did last year. Meh! I mean I'll still end up with £150-200 after tax but compared with the £500 after tax I got last year it's a bit crap

And they still haven't agreed the pay rises so I probably won't see that until next year as opposed to next month.

It's a good job I'm going to be acting as manager until October. The extra money will come in handy!

I spent the first half of this morning doing all my managerial stuff. Sorting out complicated files, managing our statistics etc

In the afternoon, however, I had to visit another office to ask them something and I spent an hour listening to them complain about everything. Then I had to go back and type up my notes about the complaints and send them off to someone else. My head was throbbing by 4:30

On the way home I walked past Burger King. I really wanted a bacon double cheeseburger but alas it is the end of the month and I only have enough money for my lunch each day :(

Then when I got back I met the guy who has just moved into the flat above us. He is called Nathan. I managed to resist the urge to squee. LOL. He seems pleasant enough though
